Mangulica lard

Mangulica lard is obtained from the fatty tissue of a Mangulica. The lard contains a very high percentage of good HDL cholesterol, which collects excess cholesterol from tissues where there is too much of it. Mangulica lard has a better taste and smell than the lard of ordinary pigs. The lard is packed in plastic buckets of 500 and 1000 grams.
