Mangulica sausage is a traditional cured meat product made from minced meat with the addition of red pepper, garlic, and salt. The sausage is stuffed into a natural casing. Sausages ripen during the winter. They are smoked the same as Kulen and Kulenova Seka. Mangulica sausages are of top quality and taste. After drying, the sausages are vacuum packed in plastic bags.
